Fuzzy images, changed camera positions – who hasn´t experienced problems like these? Often, you only find out after something has happened – too late! PumpNet solves this problem by taking over the organizational aspects of your security from you. PumpNet checks whether your system is working properly and warns of problems within 24 hours.

PumpNet is a network of PumpWatch systems in Europe. You can connect your PumpWatch system to PumpNet on a subscription basis. The central BigBrother server receives information from your PumpWatch system and checks the following every 24 hours:

• Camera not working
• Complete integrity check
• Log files from PumpWatch, PumpShow and TimeWatch
• Communication between PumpWatch and your POS payment system
• Communication with licence plate database

You can also upgrade the subscription so that the information about drive-offs is periodically and automatically sent to your debt collectors.

Checking against reference images

The camera images are checked periodically (as often as you like) against so-called reference images.
These are the images supplied by the camera at
the time it was installed. BigBrother can therefore determine if the camera position is changed (for
example during cleaning) or if the images are not clear.

Based on the results of these checks, if necessary BigBrother will contact you by telephone,
fax or e-mail to discuss what action to take.
